Membership
Caprock Soaring has about twenty-five members, ranging from student pilots to seasoned instructors and World War II flight veterans. Membership requires an initiation fee and regular monthly dues. Although there are no set schedules or duties, everyone is expected to contribute to flight operations, as appropriate for his or her experience and training. Flight instruction is available as a membership benefit from certified flight instructors in the club. Upon completion of their training, student pilots are examined and licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration.
